 This is the most
advanced and elegant system ever offered for the gate
single-family residence. Available in a variety of finishes
(including all polished brass, all polished stainless steel,
and a grained stainless steel faceplate with a painted black
enclosure) to match the budget and tastes of the homeowner,
the Crown Jewel is a small single-piece system that is
loaded with exciting features. Not only does this system
include all of the features offered in the Landmark
System (see below),
it also provides time zone restrictions for the entry codes,
modem programming and retrieval of
the most recent 250 event records, timed and manual "Do Not
Disturb" functions, a time call forwarding function, the
ability to call three outside telephone numbers, and a
sidelit, sealed black metal keypad.

Landmark System

 The Landmark is a
basic "No Phone Bill" system for gated single-family
residence. It provides communication (and access control)
between the gate and the house using the residence's
existing telephone line. Thus, there are no monthly or
per-call telephone bills. Standard features include call
waiting (for incoming outside calls while the resident is
talking to a visitor and for visitor calls while the
resident is on an outside call), distinctive double ringing,
50 programmable four-digit entry codes, call forwarding to
dial a remote location when the resident is away from
home, two gate control relays, remote
programming and/or direct relay control from the house or
from an off-site location, in-house intercom signalling, and
alarm calling when the controlled gate is forced or held
open. The Landmark is available in hands-free and handset
models and has a sealed metal keypad that is lit from
above.

 These systems
provide visitor entry for multi-family buildings by
connecting directly into each resident's telephone line and
using those lines to provide communications between the
entry and the apartments. As a result, there are no monthly
or per-call charges regenerated, which can save thousands of
dollars each year. Standard features include call waiting
(for incoming outside calls while resident is talking to a
visitor and for visitor calls while resident is on an
outside call), distinctive ringing, 3000 four-digit entry
codes, preprogrammed directory codes, and two relays. The
Ovation is available in versions with and without built-in
directories and in hands-free or handset models. A
Vandal-Proof Lobby Panel (shown at right) is also available
for high risk areas.
